Ingredients:

πŸ˜‡4 salmon fillets

πŸ˜‡2 lemons

πŸ˜‡3 tablespoons olive oil

πŸ˜‡2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

πŸ˜‡2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

πŸ˜‡2 cloves garlic, minced

πŸ˜‡Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

πŸ’˜Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

πŸ’˜In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of one lemon, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

πŸ’˜Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are evenly coated.

πŸ’˜ Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.

πŸ’˜Slice the second lemon into thin rounds.

πŸ’˜Grease the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill and lay a few lemon rounds on top of each fillet.

πŸ’˜Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Avoid overcooking as it can make the salmon dry.

πŸ’˜Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

πŸ’˜Serve the grilled lemon herb salmon with additional lemon wedges on the side and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Pair it with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables, steamed asparagus, or a fresh green salad. EnjoyπŸ’™
