Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon
This recipe results in a flavorful and moist salmon with a hint of tanginess from the lemon and a burst of freshness from the herbs. Enjoy your delicious grilled lemon herb salmon!
Ingredients:
π4 salmon fillets
π2 lemons
π3 tablespoons olive oil
π2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
π2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
π2 cloves garlic, minced
πSalt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
πPreheat the grill to medium-high heat.
πIn a small bowl, whisk together the juice of one lemon, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
πPlace the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are evenly coated.
π Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
πSlice the second lemon into thin rounds.
πGrease the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill and lay a few lemon rounds on top of each fillet.
πGrill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Avoid overcooking as it can make the salmon dry.
πRemove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
πServe the grilled lemon herb salmon with additional lemon wedges on the side and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Pair it with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables, steamed asparagus, or a fresh green salad. Enjoyπ
