πŸ’œ2 tablespoons vinegar

πŸ’œ1 tablespoon chili sauce (optional)

πŸ’œ1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

πŸ’œ1 teaspoon sugar

πŸ’œ1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

πŸ’₯In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until you have a smooth, pliable dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

πŸ’₯In a separate bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, cilantro, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

πŸ’₯On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough into small equal-sized portions. Take one portion and roll it into a thin, circular shape using a rolling pin. Make sure the edges are slightly thinner than the center.

πŸ’₯Make sure the edges are slightly thinner than the center.

πŸ’₯Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of the rolled dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, pleating and sealing the edges to form a half-moon shape. Repeat this process for the remaining dough and filling.

πŸ’₯Steam the momos in a steamer basket or a steamer pot for about 8-10 minutes, or until the dough becomes translucent and the chicken is cooked through.

πŸ’₯While the momos are steaming, prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce (if using), sesame oil (if using), sugar, and minced garlic. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.

πŸ’₯Once the momos are cooked, remove them from the steamer and serve hot with the dipping sauce.
