Instant Pot Mutton Curry
Mutton pieces are cooked in a flavourful onion-tomato gravy with aromatic masalas. It tastes best when paired with roti, naan or steamed rice.
Ingredients of Instant Pot Mutton Curry
π300 gm Mutton
π2 tbsp Oil
π1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
π2 tsp Ginger, minced
π2 tsp Garlic, minced
π1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
π2 tsp Lemon juice
π1 tsp Jeera
π4 Black peppercorns
π1 inch Cinnamon stick
π1 Bay leaf
π1 Black cardamom
π4 Cloves
π1 tsp Haldi
π1 tsp Red chilli powder
π1 tsp Coriander powder
π1 tsp Garam masala
πto taste Salt
How to Make Instant Pot Mutton Curry
π₯First, heat the pot and add oil in it. Add the whole spices and saute for around 20 seconds.
π₯Add hari mirch, ginger, garlic and onions. Saute well. Add the spices and chopped tomatoes. Give it a nice mix.
π₯Add the mutton pieces for around 4-5 minutes. Stir well and add more water if required.
π₯Change the instant pot setting to high pressure for 20 minutes. Once done, let the pressure release. Add the lemon juice.
