         These cake balls are incredibly delicious. They can be made   into cake pops and nicely packaged as gifts. The recipe variations are unlimited — mix and match the cake, icing, and coating flavors desired.        


INGREDIENTS :

πŸ‘‰1 package funfetti cake mix (regular size)

πŸ‘‰1 can (15.6 ounces) funfetti vanilla frosting

πŸ‘‰1 pound white candy coating, coarsely chopped

πŸ‘‰Rainbow jimmies or nonpareils


Prep: 1 hour Bake: 35 min. + freezing-

Directions :

πŸ‘Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions, using a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Cool completely on a wire rack. 

πŸ‘Crumble cake into a large bowl. Add frosting with candy bits and mix well. Shape into 1-1/4-in. balls. Place on baking sheets.

πŸ‘ Freeze for at least 2 hours or refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until cake balls are firm.

πŸ‘In a microwave, melt candy coating.

πŸ‘ Dip each cake ball in coating; allow excess to drip off. 

πŸ‘Sprinkle with jimmies or nonpareils.
